GCM Builds: Textback (“GCM Builds,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) provides automated missed-call text-back technology for participating businesses. These SMS Terms & Conditions apply to messages sent through the GCM Builds: Textback service.
When you call a participating business and the call is not answered, you may receive one SMS message from that business acknowledging the missed call and offering to help you continue your inquiry by text or request a callback.
If you reply to that message, an automated assistant or a member of the business’s team may continue a two-way text conversation solely to address your active inquiry. Messages may include answers to your questions, collection of details relevant to your request, or coordination of a callback.
This service is not used to enroll you in recurring marketing, promotional, lead-nurture, or re-engagement messages. A missed call, by itself, does not enroll you in a recurring SMS program.
If you stop replying, no additional automated messages will be sent unless you specifically request a callback, appointment confirmation, or other update.
By replying to a missed-call text message, you are choosing to continue the conversation about your active inquiry with the participating business. Message frequency varies based on your responses and the information needed to address your request.
Consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of purchasing goods or services.
You may opt out of SMS messages at any time by replying STOP to any message. After opting out, you may receive one final confirmation message confirming that you have been removed from future SMS communications.
For help, reply HELP to any message or contact the participating business directly using the contact information on its website.
Message and data rates may apply. Your wireless carrier may charge fees for sending or receiving messages under your mobile plan.
Mobile phone numbers, SMS consent, and SMS opt-in information are not sold, rented, or shared with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes.
GCM Builds may use service providers necessary to operate the platform, such as communications, hosting, and customer-support providers, solely to provide the service.
You represent that you are the owner or authorized user of the mobile number used to communicate with the participating business.
These Terms may be updated from time to time. The current version will be posted on this page with its effective date.
